James Fenwick to Andrew Jones - September 15, 1867
Letter
In this letter Fenwick apologizes for writing about Jones' sisters in such a manner, however it does seem that Fenwick sees himself in an unfavorable light and assumes that other people do as well. Fenwick does ramble a bit in this letter, he definitely gives the impression of being a little bit desperate. Fenwick does close with good news, Thane got a job in Philadelphia and Fenwick feels he can get the cranberry crop harvested before the first frost.
