Letter
Both state: "Copy of a paragraph in letter filed with French claims group."
Jan. 19 - Fenwick writes that "Mary has a woman promised to her next week," unsure for what purpose.
June 20 - Fenwick writes of a late frost that damaged some crops.
In an April 23, 1859 letter Fenwick writes, "The French affair is all wait for those St. Mary's people of I do believe they will do nothing."
