Noah Oligny and his wife sue Alex Gironard and his family after saying that they turned over all of their worldly possessions to the Gironards after an agreement was made that they would be taken care of for the rest of their lives. The couple is in their 80s. They broke a record the previous summer for blueberry picking in Wisconsin.

April 25, 1923
Mrs. Lillian Ross claimed that a tack was put in her pie in place of a blueberry at the Minerva restaurant. She sued for $2000.
